• Throughout the project, you agree that you, your employees, consultants and agents will respond to our requests for information and decisions within two business days.

• Your guarantee may be voided if you, your employees, consultants or agents do not support our efforts or respond to our requests for information, decisions or site access in a timely manner. If this occurs, we will document our needs in writing and give you 10 days to correct the issues before voiding your guarantee.
